There isn't any location for the jet :P . But you can get it by: either using an action replay (the code is: 0203152C E3A00001 02031530 E8BD8038. And you have to name it all vehicles.(this is you have an action replay)) (it's a cheating device) or getting 2500 wifi tokens (don't ask me what these are all I know is that you can use them to unlock abilitys and vehicles.
