ANyone know where to get the jet?

I tried scannning the jet in the desert place, but it doesn't work? Anyone know how to get it?

You have to download it from a target ds download station or go on wi-fi and get 2500 points.

One time, I fully scanned starscream in the boss fight and I thought ill get the jet, but I didnt. So theres only a few ways
