Cant get rid

I have finished bye bye bayou mission but when I play soul music the red man gave me the 2nd half locket again. I tried to sell them but the store do not accept .I tried giving to someone butit is not accept. Please help me please please please

You're supposed to give it to one of the bayou brothers. ( I can't remember which one.)
