Question for Theme Park

How do you get a loop the loop on the game .I have unlocked it but it's no use .I am up to russa and all the others are complete so please answer.

Where do you get surrounding rails Im on Australia and 11 please help I have the roller coaster all ready but can't get the loop the loop

Same it's like so hard I tryed it and a ride just sparnwed in it was so wired
