It's simple.

You've noticed that Fraaz (yes, double 'a') keeps breathing in, changing colour (red (fire)/ blue(ice)) Don't hit him with the sword when he's breathing in.
When he's fire, he's weak to ice & vice versa. Use your 'rang on the torch of the opposite element, and make it hit Fraaz, bringing him down to normal, stunning him. After hitting him a few times, he'll split into two mini-Fraaz (on the map, one is red, other is blue). Hit them with the torches & 'rang.

Then you need to run around to avoid his attack
Fire - Barrage of Fireballs (leave fire spots)
Ice - Big ice blast (you'll freeze if you're in it's radius when it lands).
He'll change to the other element (probably) and you'll need to 'rang the previous attack (if he's changed, if not keep running) to him. It'll take a few times, but he will go down.
