How do I defeat ragnar? I have treied everything and nothing works! Please help...

You have to blocl him when he comes at you from both sides. Block is the are button. When he goes for a headbutt and hits you, he'll look dizzy, that's when you hit him then block again immediately after. He'll come at you from both directions and throw giant snow balls at you. Just keep holding are down to block and face whichever direction he's coming/throwing from. It took me like 5 tries to figure it out. I hope it helps.
