How do I get past the 3 servants in the large dining room. I have tried running,crawling and distracting the first servant.

You need to move to the spot where the golden oval shows up. It's an eye so when the eyeball shows, it means they can see you. When it's solid gold, they can't. You pretty much always have to crawl or hide or some combo of both when the servants are involved, usually on the opposite side of the table from them.
Have you tried burnin them with the lamps spread in three locations you must use all three to kill one
