Usually after a contest she comes for an interveiw
She comes in a little while after you get your own show for an interveiw and you get to dress a model and bla bla bla...
She comes after you've won a contest. You can either accept or deny her request to interview you. First, you choose one item from your store to feature in Nuances. Then Felicity asks you to choose another. It's best to feature the items you have 10 of. After this, she will ask you to dress the model. To earn the maximum amount of money, dress her in Alvarado and Masquerade.
