Go to the brown haired girl. Intruductuce yourself. She'll say that she can't hear you, then say a random thing. She'll say that she does like flowers. Give her a rose. She'll take it and give you her cell number.

Go to the blond girl. Talk to her and intruduce yourself. ASk her is she's there for the whole season, then tell her that she's not a tourist.
