You press < arrow while fasing the wall and hold it intell he is blinking red

To move the rock go to it and go in the portal. When you get to the spot there it a rock near you. Keep hitting it till it breaks. For the big plum do the same but when you are in the area where the rock was the should be fruit. Near the fruit there is a plum. Hit it till it breaks.
