How do you buy cheats and is theare actian repley codes

Your able to buy cheats when you press the start button, then touch the sporepedia, then on badges. On the bottom of the screen in blue are cheat shop and part shop. Go to cheat shop and there you can buy cheats with badge points.

It means you need yo beat it then you can go back through the game and get it

You beat the game to unlock replay mode. Certain cheats don't require this but the cheaty cheats do. You also need to beat the game to get gar'skuther parts in part shop. Hope I helped, even though this answer was sort of posted 7 months ago.....
