Why is it that ,after I get the red and blue jewels and go downstairs to put it in the door, it says I don't have them?ive attempted regaining the jewels but it continually does the same thing.....

where you raise those cement blocks with purple on them in the red jewel level there's a web over the place where the red jewel is. how do you break the web?
ps: I just got the game so i haven't completed it yet.
To get through the cobwebs change to patrick and push the flaming torch into the webs ant they will catch on fire and burn away
Its not saying you had them? Well, don't use the magic bus, for one. That rids you of them.
