First Phase:
You have to web him when he is standing up after he jumps onto the ground floor and while he is webbed up attack him. Repeat until second phase.

Second Phase:
He will be on the ground floor trying to hit you, get as far as you can away from him and when he runs towards you he will stop. I can't remember exactly if you have to web him before or after he tries to attack you. Then hurt him while webbed up.

PS:This is when Spider-man fights him and not Norman Osbourne.
