Use the White Chronicle to return to the very first node. (It should be called "The Beginning" or something like that. It's the one that the two Histories branch off of) You will be in Alistel. Go to where you get the ckeckup from Sonja, but, after the checkup, talk to her again. She will extract the parts. Then, use the White Chronicle to return to Celestia. Sonja will be there. Give them to her, then nominate Rosch as the leader. (You will now fight Rosch, so make sure you have full HP.) After you fight him, Sonja will repair his arm. (Note that this sequence of events will also change his decision in the Standard History. I won't reveal details to avoid spoiling it, but just know that this change in Rosch will carry over.)
