You have to ask people and sometimes they give you puzzles and when you solve them they give you a medal, think the last one is in a chimney in the scene where you first enter the market, some houses in the background have chimneys. Can't really help more than that
Think you will find that is the top of the old lady's umbrella, the one selling sweets.
