I need help with the Claydol in the Oblivia Ruins. It's the ones at the end that trouble me. Please help!!!!!!

It is very hard I know I find it's best if you wait for a little bit in a hidden part until the coast is clear then bo as quick as you can if you can retreat if you one coming it's not very useful but it's all about patience
