Question for Pokemon Ranger: Guardian Signs

My son is playing Pokemon on his DS and is at the door to Rand's house, he cannot go in or move around at all because they keep asking him to hurry up and draw the sign the problem is we have no idea what sign to draw? He normally plays by himself so I don't know if there was something shown prior to getting where he is that would have told us what to draw? Any suggestions would be great as he cannot do anything without drawing a sign.

This is reffering to a yellow icon reffered to as a strange figure that you see after beating Raikou on top of the Wireless Tower. Incase your son missed it, here is how to draw the Sign: In one stroke, Draw a line down
From the Northern section of the screen,then diagonally NorthEast till you reach the Eastern section of the screen,then West,through the first line,to the Western section of the screen,and last,
Diagonally NorthEast,crossing the first line,then a little bit farther,but don't have this last part of the Sign go ALL the way to the very tip of the corner of the screen,or it usually won't recodnize it.(Please forgive me if I typed any thing incorrectly)Incase you didn't understand this,it looks like this:

Draw the Raikou Sign that you got at the top of the Wireless Tower. In the upper-left part of the Signs Screen, there is a button. Press it, and there should be one sign. It will be labeled RAIKOU and should look roughly like this.
