You mean Latios? Well that depends. It's sign is the same as Latias' so if you're playing as a girl you should already have it. If not then... You do know that the sign is what those small monuments make right? If it didn't ask you to register the sign I believe you still can by picking one of the question marks on the sign menu.

If you captured Latios by the Ranger Quest (and by extension got Latias in the storyline) then you can't get the sign again but you can rechallenge both him and Latias at Dolce Island after you beat the game. But in this case you can't summon him and you'll get Latias instead.
