Where do you catch the blue pickachu?

It sounds fake to me. There isn't a blue pikachu. The shiny pikachu is coloured kind of orangey, just a darker version of regular pikachu.

How does that make any sense at all? There is no blue pikachu, the only thing close is marrill and releasing it doesnt give you masterballs. Who ever you heard this through is trying to trick you and you should smack them in the mouth for doing so.

There is no blue pikachu. That might be the shiny version of pikachu but I don't know what colour it actually is. And you can't get more than 1 masterball unless you cheat.

Actually, you can get more than one masterball in a single game, through the Pokemon lottery in Jubilife T.V. Station. But you have to have a Pokemon that has EXACTLY the same I.D. Number as the one the lottery lady at reception draws. It's pretty rare.
