1. I can't see why not. It's the same way with any other Pokemon game trade.
@. I doubt it. They're usually instore things, or conventions and stuff. The country I live in NEVER has them. And I think it's pretty poor of Nintendo/Gamefreak for making it that way. Oh well, they're just perpetuating the need to cheat, and giving the action replay people money.
1. You can only search for Pokemon you have seen at the GTS.
2. I don't know if they will take the events to the Wi-Fi but there is good reason to think that they might want to do so. They did do this one event to get a japanese Psyduck from a Gamefreak staff member over the GTS, so it is not a far fetched idea. Keep your eyes open, you never know.
1) No you have to have seen the Pokemon to trade it over the GTS System.
2) Yes& No. Some events will be via Wifi and some Events will be by visiting Toys R Us or one of the Journey Pokemon Tours they have.
1. No. To trade for the Pokemon you will have to have seen it. Sorry
2. No. You have to go there persoanlly to recieve the item. Unless taht has changed with the DS being WI-FI and all..
Well if you think about it your first question is impossible. If you are trading it you have it and have therefore seen it. But what I think you are asking is can you obtain a Pokemon via trading at the GTS which you have not seen yet, the answer to which is no. Most nintendo events will take advantage of the Wifi feature, but they will likely require you to be in the vacinity of some place, like a movie theatre or mall to get whatever it is that is going on in the event. You most likey will not be able to take advantage of a nintendo event from the comfort of your home using the wireless system you have.
1. No. Sorry but you can't trade for something you havent seen
2. Possible, but impractical.
