I'm stuck in mt coronet theres a team galactic grunt blocking the exit how do I get past him or did I go the wrong way?

You really have to decribe where you are a little better. You might have gone the wrong way.

... The one who says "I am hopelessly lost! Please pay no attention to a lowly grunt with no pokemon!" Just go back the way you came. He'll clear out of the way after you beat the Elite 4.
