You have to migrate yanma from fire red or leag green

You have to migrate gligar from emerald.

Yanma is located in the Great Marsh(Safari Game) in Pastoria City. Gligar is located in various areas, but is very uncommon. He can be located in
Stark Mountain/Routes 206,207,214 & 2155/ Route 227 when Pokemon Emerald is inserted in the gameboy slot of your DS.

Migration, and I'm not sure if they swarm or not. Check Serebii.net under Pokemon Pearl and the -Swarming Pokemon. Or, check D/P Pokedex on both of them and see what it says.
