Hey guys! Um I was wondering if anyone knew where hm moves strenth and defog are?

To get strength go to solaceon tower and climb to the top. Once you get there talk to the old ladies.
To get defog go into the safari zone masrh thing. Talk to a guy with green hair (looks like a ace trainer) he will give it too you.
Strength is at the top of Lost Tower south of Solaceon and Defog is given to you by a man in green hair just inside the enterence to the Great Marsh(once inside the game)
For Strength, you go to the Lost Tower (the tall one, not the crumbling one!) Once you make your way to the top of the tower, you will receive the HM Strength and the Cleanse tag.
For Defog, a man in the Great Marsh. When you walk in, there should be a man somewhere, when you talk to him he'll give you defog.
