To get weaville catch a sneasel give it the item "razor claw" and level it up at night. Not "grip claw"
Make you Sneasel hold an item called Razor Claw which can be found in Victory Road the first time. Level it up at night and you have a Weavile
You get Weavile by equiping a sneasel with the item Razor Claw. Then you level it up in the night and it will evolve into a Weavile.
You get a Weavile by evolving it from a sneasel they are found on route 216, 217, Snowpoint Temple, and Lake Acuity
