Question for Pokemon Pearl

I have a couple of questions...

1.how do I get rotom
2.where is the guy that collects the shards
3.where is the guy that takes the heart scales
4.is Bagon found anywhere after you defeat the elite 4

After getting the National Dex, go to the Old Chateau on the north end of Eterna Forest. Gardenia will tell you a bit about it. Go upstairs and find a room with only a TV inside. It says that it seems like the TV is staring and asks to thump it. Thump the TV and a Lv 15 Rotom will appear. Only happens at night.

South end of Route 212, near the swap area

Pastoria City. His house is on the lake there

Use the Pokeradar on Rt 210

1 Rotom is in the old chateau in eterna forest next to the entrance near eterna city

2 The person that collects shards is in a house on route 212 that has a sign in front of it that says "shards wanted technical machines offered"

3 The guy who collects heart scales (move tutor) is in pastoria city near the lake and has a man in front of his house

1. You get rotom in the Old Chateau in the Eterna forest at the exit after you beat the elite four.
2. Dont know where where he is.
3. He is in the Pastoria City.

1) go to the old cheatu at night when you get the national dex and press A on the TV up stairs

2)the shard girl is on route 212 near a bridge.

3)the move tutor is in pastoria city. If you fly to the poke'mon center go down to the second house on your right as you walk down

4)Bagon is found in the day time at route 210 (fog) it has a 12% sight rate.

Go to the Old Chateau at night and find the upstairs room with only a TV. Thump it and Rotom will fight you

Route 212 near the west end of the swamp

Pastoria. His house is next to the water

1. A tv in the Old Chateau, thump* it at night w/ National Dex.

2. I think you get it in the Battle, Survival, or Resort Zone.

3. In Pastoria, near the water and the guy** that claims he's in the middle of the city.

4. No, it's near where it's foggy***.

*: Press A. It says, "A pokemon appears to be trapped inside. Would you like to thump it?" Press Yes. Voila!

**: "Right here where I'm standing I'm smack dab in the middle of town!"
