I'v got the national dex and have the pal park, but I can't migrate my swampert off Emerald because it has Surf. When I try to delete it with the move deleter, he say's 'hm, it doesnt seem to want to delete this move'. How do I delete it?

Well id assume that you wont be able 2 migrate it..so don't bother. I have the same problem with mine
This happened to me you need to have another Pokemon with surf to delete it
Coz surf is an important hm an all
