1.where do you find rock climb?
2.what Pokemon can you give the oval stone to ?

1. The blizzard near Snowpoint City.
2. Give it to Happiny, get friendship with it, then level it up to get a Chansey.
3. You don't get Drifblim. You get Drifloon. Level Drifloon up to level 28 to evolve it into a Drifblim. P.S: You get Drifloon at level 22 on a FRIDAY!

Behind a house on the western side of Route 216
Happiny and level it up in the morning or day to get Chansey
You find Drifloon on Friday. It is there all day as long you didn't catch/kill one that day
