Hey how can I catch a feebas I go where it tells me but I can't get there? Also were can I get a super rod and a good rod?

Good Rod-Talk to a Fisherman on the bridge west of Jubilife(on your way to Canalave, before you surf)
Super Rod-Talk to a Fisherman in Fight Area(on your way to Survival Area)
You have to fish either in or on Mt. Coronet. They only appear in 4 spaces and the spaces are randomized every day
