Grass or Electric moves. To get one you need to catch Feebas. They can only be caught with a Super Rod. Like in R/S/E, they cna only be found on a limited number of spaces(4) in the Mt. Coronet range. The tiles they are on change daily making them harder to find. Once you catch one, feed it Poffins and max out it's beauty stat and then level it up

With electricity I recommend luxray or ampherous youll have to catch feebas in Mt. coronet an almost imposible task
