Question for Pokemon Pearl

Hi
1- I need to know few things about the day care: What does it mean "I wont get any EV's from the day care? And is it a good idea to leave you're Pokemon there or better to lvl them up you're selfand why?

2- It says some Pokemons can only be found by a pokeradar? Where you ge it and how you turn it on? How it works? (trying to get Bagon)

3- Other Pokemons can be found in "Swarn": What does that mean? Any special time? (trying to get Beldum)

1. I don't get it.
2. You get it if you already have seen ALL 150 pkmn of sinnoh. You could just register it to make things easier. Go to any patch of GRASS. Not tall grass, caves, water, or anything other than a patch of grass. If you use it, some grass will rustle. Other grass shake violently fast (indication of a rare pkmn). If you've killed/captured the pkmnyuo've seen first, more grass will shake. Use repel & trust me on this one.
3. Swarm pkmn are pkmn that can only be SEEN IN A PaRTICULAR PLACe AT A PARTICULAR TIME. To know the Swarm of the Day, ask Dawn's sister or watch TV.

1) EV stands for evolution so your Pokemon can't evolve in the day care
