How do I get the regirock,registeel,and regice on pearl I know I can use pal park but I can't use it because my ruby wont let me do timed events for some reason it says the internal battery has run dry and one more thing how do I get in the house thats locked in canalave city thanks to whoever awnsers.

The internal battery should be checked by a game manager. Besides that, there should be nothing wrong with migrating, which is the only way you can get them.
The locked door is from a Nintendo Event to get Darkrai. When you walk in, a man puts you asleep, and you wake up in your own nightmare, in which you fight him.
Timed events don't matter in Ruby because there is no time so you should be able to migrate them. I used my Ruby earlier to get them and it said the same thing but I was able to. The house that is locked can only be opened if you have a Membership Pass in your inventory. It allows you to fight Darkrai
