Question for Pokemon Pearl

I have a few questions.

1.I keep on slathering the tree to the lift of Eterna City and hope It'll be a Burmy but it's either a Wurmple or Cascoon. How do I get Burmy!

2.What does Cerubi evolve into and what level does it evolve?

3. What is the Pokemon before Tentecool on the Sinnoh Dex and how do iget it?

1)Its totaly random.Maybe you should spray honey at most trees and come back.
2)It evolves to a cherrim at level 25
3)A tentacruel.Surf near the elite four or super rod some areas.
