You can't hatch eggs unless you move in some way
Make your Rhydon hold a Protector and trade it
I don't know
(Hatch) 1. You can't.
(Evolve) 2. Make it hold a Protector then trade it.
(Wi-Fi) 3. I assume WYLAN (Sp.? Er, maybe it's YLAN or WILAN or WLAN or something.) = Wireless LAN? If so you need a wireless router or a wireless modem. If you have dial-up I dunno what you can do, Google it or have a parent help you if they can.
(Eevee) 4. Go to the trading forum on this site's forums. You won't be able to trade via SuperCheats if you can't connect to Wi-Fi anyways so don't bother.
