I need to find a good rod and the Pokemon dirfloom and Lumineon!! Can somebody help me

You get drifloon at valley view windworks and you have to evolve a finneon to get luminion. But I forgot where to get the good rod sorry though.
You find drifloom in front of the windmill every friday!Lumineon evovles at lvl. 31 from Finion!
Drifloon at the Valley Windworks on Friday. And the Good Rod is on Route 209 talk to a fisherman like with the Old Rod.
You can find a super rod after you beat the elite four go to snowport city talk to the man near the boat and crane then he will take you to an island and then go up and their is a man who will give you the super rod but you have to complete the sinnoh pokedex and ill trade you drifloom for a rare Pokemon along with an eevee
