Go to sunnyshore city. Go west (right). You will se these trainers. There will be a patch of grass below you. You can see chatot there.

YOu can find Chatot in Enterna City, someone will trade you for another POkemon. THe building he is in is above the Pokemon Gym.

In Eterna City, get a buizel and in the name raters home, there is a little girl who will trade you a chatot for a buizel.
