Question for Pokemon Pearl

How do I get to sunnyshore and if I clone the Pokemon in bebe's computer with L L+R is it going to be quicker so I can get the national Dex?

To get to Sunyshore, you need to catch/kill Palkia. If you clone Pokemon, it won't help you get the National Dex any quicker because you would just have a copy of someone you already have

You have to first crush Team Galactic and Catch/Defeat Palkia. Once you are done with that, you can progress. As for cloning, it will not help you complete the dex since you are cloning Pokemon you already have.
