I can't beet the Pokemon leage how can I beat them

Heres my team

Lv52 Palkia
Lv54 Staraptor
Lv53 Empoleon
Lv46 Medicham
Lv45 Machoke
Lv36 Haunter

Can someone hive me a tip thx

Train your team aton or trade for high lvl guys on gts

Your team is Pretty low level. Raise them all to High 50s, low 60s and trade Machoke and Haunter for Machamp and Gengar.

Train them up to Level 80.Trust me,the champion's strongest is Garchomp,Level 66.Also borrow a few high level Pokemon from a friend.Although I need to train myself. I would keep PP Ups,Revives,Rare Candies and Max Potions.
