You need to greet 32 people in the underground,then put an odd keystone in the hallowed tower.

Get an Odd Keystone from a Black Belt near the SE corner of Route 208 and use it with the rock on Route 209 and it will become the Hollowed Tower. Go underground and talk with 32 people(excluding hikers). After you do that, go back to the Hollowed Tower and you will be able to fight Spiritomb

Go to the underground with a friend and go into their hideout 33 times. Then the hallowed tower should be rebuilt.

Yes. First you must have an odd keystone. You can get the first one from a Blackbelt figure in route 208. Extra ones need to be dug up underground. Head to route 209 and look for a craggy rock pile with a large hole south of the lost tower. Stick the keystone into the pillar and it should become the Hollowed tower. Next you need a friend with the underground kit. Dig Undergroung and talk to him. You must talk to 32 people underground. You can use the same person, but it will take 32 trips, or from what I heard, 32 visits to your secret base. (The base I am not sure of) Or you can talk to 32 different people. It must be players. Hikers in the underground will not count for your total. After you talked to at least 32 people, head to the tower and save. (Saving is a backup incase you don't like the results.) Spiritomb will attack you when you hit A next to the pillar. Now catch it with Ultra Balls and Dusk Balls (night time) and you should be set.
