On route 225 by the fighting area talk to the fisherman

Just above the battle arena is where I got it...when you complete your Sinnoh dex the two guys blocking your way to get to stark mountain will be gone...the guy who gives it to you is the fisherman near the house

After you beat the eliete 4 and get the national dex go to the boat in the snow city and he will be some where on that first town where you land(go north when you get off boat I believe)

To get a super rod you first need to get the national dex. Then go to the fight area. Where the people used to block off the path to route 225 they should now be gone. Then right before you go into the building that goes to route 225 there will be a fisherman at your right. He will give you a super rod.

I know!!! First, you have to have the national pokeDex. Then you go to the battle tower city place. When you get there, go to the upper left where you can exit the battle tower area and go on a route. Before you go into the house that leads to another route, a fishing dude, (not a sailor) should be a few steps away from the house thing. Talk to him.

I may not be Chaosbug7, but above the battle area at the northwest opening. Two people are blocking the way. Get the National Dex and they will move. A fisherman is right of the building.

The Super Rod is located int he Battle Area. Near one of the Gates out of town, (the Gate closest to the gates,) A fisherman will give you the Rod. You must have the National Dex first, or else the people in the battle area will not let you pass.
