Where do I find heatran?

You will find Heatran on you 2nd trip to Stark Mountain. Go through with Buck the first time and head back to the Survival area after he takes the Magma stone. Talk to him and his Grandpa about the magma stone and return to Stark Mountain. Heatran should be there in the place of the magma stone if you talked to Buck first.
At the top of Stark Mountain after you get the national pokedex.
Go through Stark Mountain with the trainer. Go through until you find the Magma Rock. He will take it back to the Survival Area. Go back there and find him. After he gives you the Magma Rock, he will leave. Take the rock back to where you found it and you can fight Heatran
