Prize at the veilstone game corner - 10000gc

I forgot where it was in the field, but it is offered in the casino prizes in Veilstone City.

Go to where Hearthome City and go on the Route that is to the right of the town keep on going past the House and you will see a place to walk with four rocks to break well go on that path and you will see a trainer that has a noctowl and you see 3 rocks that can be broken after you clear a pathe use rock climb and you will see a poke'ball to the left and that will be TM 29 Psychic.
