For the Pokemon Move Modifier, can you ezxplain it to me so I can understand on how to do it? Moves aren't really based on numbers, so I'm confused...

The moves truly are. You must factor in everything opp. Defence your attack and the move attack. I am pretty sure there is a calculator somewhere online where you can do this. I suggest google searching it.
Ok the first thing that is important is to put this code that let you teach any move to any pokemon (use this code with move modifier)

Then press X and the menu will pop up, and when you enter the item slot you should have 467 heart scale.Let say you want hydro pump and it is number 56 so 467-56=411 so hold L while you toss 411 scales and go to the tms and hims slot and focus puch(or the move depending on which code you put) should be hydro pump.
