Question for Pokemon Pearl

I was just wondering if there is anything special that will happen if you beat the Elite four 10,000 times. A friend of mine told me about a friend of his that beat the elite four that many times with a certain team of Pokemon all at level 100. He told me that instead of Cynthia as the champion, Sir Aaron was there with Riley. He described this to me in detail and I was just wondering if you could tell me whether this happens or not. I need to know.
