Is there any other way to get master balls besides getting it from another game or gameshark.

Yes the daily lottery, and from galtica when you go to catch Dialga or Palikia

Make sure you hav a Dito, any Pokemon holding a master ball and a Pokemon that knows theif. Have the Pokemon with the master ball and dito your first two in a double battle then make your dito transform into the Pokemon with the master ball. Switch the bpokemon with th one that knows theif. Use theif on Dito and it should steal a master ball and now you have two. You can keep doing it forever.
