When you go into Victory road from the back entrance (the exit) theres an old man go past him, up the stairs along the bridge and theres a doorway.Before you completed the Pokemon League there used to be a man in a Suit when you go through that doorway it's recomended that you bring something like bidoof and a zubat since you need strength rock smash and Defog.Theres a girl you need to team up with and go through the cave area and then when you finally get out; it's not that great.Theres just a few trainers, some lv 50-54 Pokemon and a mysterious smooth rock.I do not know what the smooth rock is for yet.

You need to first beat Cynthia, the Pok�mon League Champion.
