Question for Pokemon Pearl

When I go to the guy in Oreburg to change my trainer type, I only get four options:Rich boy, school kid, psychic, and bug catcher.
I wanna know how I can get other options like roughnecks or ace trainers or dragon trainers.
Any solutions?

You can't, the four options are based on your ID No.
