Number 65 is Drifloon, you can see it at the Hearthome Gym, if you got the questions WRONG on purpose like I did (for training purposes.). If you already are past that, which I assume you are, go to Valley Windworks on a Friday.
#65- Drifloon can be found when you visit the Valley Windworks on Friday and he will be just standing out in the middle.
