On the battle zone island, how do I get past the 2 paths that are blocked by the people. To talk about my pokedex and the others talk about the battle tower. All I can do right now is the battle tower. I need to get to the survival area and the resort area.so PLZ answer!!!

You have to get the national dex. Once you get it they wont be there, and you get to go to the other areas
You are suppost to see every Pokemon in shinnoh.you can get all of tnem by battling everyone you see in the game, to see dialga without trading is to go to celestic town, there go north to the middle house talk to the old lady and she will tell you to read the book on the table,there, a pic of dialga will come up,the same for diamond with palkia
