How do you get Eevee?

Once you get it how do you get it to evolve into it's new forms?

You evolve it by giving it stones.

After beating Cynthia and obtaining the National Pok�Dex, talk to Bebe in Hearthome City and she will give you her Eevee.

To make Eevee evolve into Glaceon - Near Snowpoint City, there is this Ice Rock, Level it up near there.

To make Eevee evolve into Leafeon - In Eterna Forest, there is this Moss Rock. Level it up near there.
