O.k. I got two questions.
1. How do I get to the power plant!!!!!
2. Where do I get the electizer!!??

1. When you go to the eastern part of Floaroma, go up and surf on the water until you get to land.
2. Put Fire Red in the Dual Slot and turn the game on. Somewhere(I don't remember where) you can now find wild Elekids, which sometimes have that as a hold item.
